• Payment.
  
  We accept payment via PAYPAL, personal cheque or bankers draft. We ask a deposit of 33% at booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before arrival. 50% of deposit returnable before the 6 weeks with cancellation, thereafter deposit non returnable.
  
  
• Arrival / Departure
  
  Bookings are from Saturday for 7 days.(Other arrangements may be possible.(Contact owners via e-mail). Arrivals at 14.00hrs, departures at 10.00hrs.
  
  
• Breakages
  
  A £150.00 fully refundable deposit is required for breakages.
  
  
• Smoking & Pets
  
  Property is Non Smoking. We regret no pets.
  
  
• Disabled
  
  Unfortunately the stairway access is not suitable for the infirm or disabled.
  
  
• Insurance
  
  We recommend you purchase suitable travel and health care insurance.

  Use of Le Rondini is entirely at the visitors risk and no responsibility will be accepted for injury, illness during your stay, nor loss/damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
